When you run a free audit
- URL submitted — the website address you audit
- Email address — optional, only if you choose to receive results by email
- IP address — for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Browser user agent — for analytics
- Language preference — to serve content in your language
When you purchase a report
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Email address — to deliver the report
- Billing country — for VAT calculation via Stripe Tax
How we use your data
- To perform the accessibility audit you requested
- To deliver audit results and PDF reports
- To process payments
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting)
- To improve our service
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.
Third-party processors
- Stripe (Ireland/EU) — payment processing, PCI DSS compliant
- Resend (EU region) — transactional email delivery
Data retention
- Audit data (URLs, violations, scores) — retained indefinitely for service improvement
- Email addresses — retained until you request deletion
- IP addresses — retained for 90 days, then anonymised
- Payment records — retained as required by Portuguese tax law (10 years)
Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject in the EU, you have the right to:

Data hosting
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.

Supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) or the supervisory authority in your member state.
